A complete internal overhaul was essential for this popular French Bistro, famous for its large glass roofed Victorian terrace overlooking the busy Spitalfield Market. The work involved fitting an entirely new commercial kitchen and partitioning, along with installing a full new air conditioning system. In keeping with its stylish surroundings, authentic French decorations were also chosen and carefully assembled.
